During summer I partook on a cycling trip from Bordeaux to Barcelona. At the end of the trip me and two friends spent a couple of days in the city and I realised that they had a bike hire scheme, which seemed very successful.
Bicing is what they call the public bike hire scheme which is a huge success with over 18,6000 frequent users which works out as 15% if the city's adult population.
