Overprint

I just wanted to have a quick look into overprinting to familiarise myself with how the process works. Overprinting is printing ink over another to create different colours, also different blacks can be created using overprinting. Knocking out is when different coloured objects are stacked, filled and the strokes appear opaque because the top colour knocks out, or cits out the area underneath when printed.

This is an interesting print as it is designed to be seen in the dark so the information that is intended to be seen has an glow in the dark overprint.
